Terms and Conditions

1. General Information
   Little Turtles services are provided by experienced babysitters specialized in creative child care and engagement. Activities include crafts, games with natural materials, creative play, and swimming lessons.
2. Bookings & Payments
   All bookings must be made in advance and are confirmed based on availability.
   Payment is not required before the start of services, unless otherwise agreed.
   We accept payments via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.
3. Cancellation Policy
   The minimum duration of service is 3 hours.
   Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered last-minute bookings and will be charged the minimum fee.
4. Responsibilities of Parents & Babysitters
   Parents/guardians must provide complete and accurate information regarding the child’s needs, allergies, or any special requirements.
   Our babysitters are committed to providing a safe and creative environment.
   Children must remain under the supervision of the babysitter during the service.
5. Safety & Liability
   Little Turtles is not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from unforeseen circumstances.
   Parents are responsible for informing us of any medical issues that may affect the child’s participation.
